OUR METHODOLOGY

➢ Site visit by our experts to understand the requirements of resourses in consultation with Client, Architect and Project Consultant.

➢ Preparation and submission of a detailed planning based project report for each of the services.

➢ Preparation and submission of budgetary cost estimates for various options. Generally we provide a minimum of two options. This stage also includes cost analysis for various options which also included Capital and Operations expenditure. .

➢ Acceptance of Client / Architect for the proposed plans / recommendations.

Mobilization of machineries resources and manpower resources.

Strict Supervision of PRW contractor’s work in respect of Safety and Quality.
Project sign-off and acceptance after final testing / supervision
